I've placed 5-6 calls to speak to someone in sales. Every time I get recommended to send an email to get faster service as no one is available to help. This seems like a great company with a good understanding of the technology. But I've sent 3 emails and placed 5 calls between November 30, 2023 and now and still am waiting on a response.
Happy to change my tune but I'd be really concerned about product or tech support based on this experience.
