After literally tighten a screw (the screw that hold the fan was loose) and less than 10 min of labor (not counting the troubleshooting) David the technician billed me $263, of course I asked why that much? The technician immediately flipped out and start being rude with me and telling me so that I should buy the warranty. I told him that i will call Sears and he answer was "I don't care I have your credit card on file anyways". They still charged me the $263 even though I didn't signed the "invoice". I called Sears and I find out that the technician charge was for a blower replacement which wasn't true. They probably don't have an option for tighten a screw, and maybe just the trip charge is not enough for them but still $263 is absurd. Totally scamming me. Then I call A&E and long story short they told me that they don't care and they don't care about the bad reviews. How a reputable company like SEARS still use this 3rd party vendors? They don't do much to help either.
