Well, I’m not typically one to leave a bad review, but I would put 0 stars if I could. We were scheduled with this company through Lowe’s for a warranty for our washing machine. Some guy came out, looked at our washer, and told us to reschedule in two weeks. Two weeks passed, no one showed up. We had to schedule another service two weeks later, a technician came out, RE-evaluated, and told us it would be another three weeks? We were supposed to have a phone call but no follow up. I finally called the automated phone number and said are parts are delayed and we need to reschedule. This company is incredibly difficult to get ahold of. There is no address, no contact phone number. We submitted multiple “contact request” forms and heard nothing. I have no idea where this place is even located (no address) but we are in Northern Colorado. We have wasted so much time trying to use this company and have requested to go with another. I’m not even sure there is a customer assistance team.

Terrible service. Even after the retailer sent me a new dryer these clowns keep calling me about a appointment to fix the junk dryer. Retailer picked broken dryer when new one was delivered. Told A&E this and that I had taken parts they ordered to the retail furniture store. Unreal.

The most unprofessional people I've ever dealt with. No communication, doesn't meet appt schedules. Lied about waiting for parts when they reported back to LG when I had the parts sitting at my house. Impossible to talk to support. If I could give them 0, I would.

Had an appointment today (12/16/22) between 0800-1200. A&E sent me a text message at 1130 hrs saying it was rescheduled to 01/06/2023 without any reason. You can’t call the company to speak to anyone. We had already been waiting 3 weeks for the appointment today. Now I have to wait another 3 weeks to get my (1 1/2 year old) washing machine fixed for a warranty issue. This is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable!!!

I had appt with A&E Nov 21. Somehow service appt got cancelled. So rescheduled for Dec 2. From 8 to 12. He arrived about 3:00. Couldn’t fix dishwasher ordered part and rescheduled Dec 12. No show. They left me a voicemail to call. Seems like part/parts didn’t come in. No reply about when it may come. So I’m hanging no idea when ?? Some of the worst service repair Ive experienced. So much for having Protection Plan Plus. I got GE dishwasher from Lowes. NOW Sears is involved.????.

I’ve had a new dryer for 5 months but it only worked for maybe 3 weeks. A and E came out multiple times but never fixed the problem. Kept saying it was an electrical problem. They ordered all new parts and then wouldn’t come out and install them! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!

After literally tighten a screw (the screw that hold the fan was loose) and less than 10 min of labor (not counting the troubleshooting) David the technician billed me $263, of course I asked why that much? The technician immediately flipped out and start being rude with me and telling me so that I should buy the warranty. I told him that i will call Sears and he answer was "I don't care I have your credit card on file anyways". They still charged me the $263 even though I didn't signed the "invoice". I called Sears and I find out that the technician charge was for a blower replacement which wasn't true. They probably don't have an option for tighten a screw, and maybe just the trip charge is not enough for them but still $263 is absurd. Totally scamming me. Then I call A&E and long story short they told me that they don't care and they don't care about the bad reviews. How a reputable company like SEARS still use this 3rd party vendors? They don't do much to help either.
