Well, I’m not typically one to leave a bad review, but I would put 0 stars if I could. We were scheduled with this company through Lowe’s for a warranty for our washing machine. Some guy came out, looked at our washer, and told us to reschedule in two weeks. Two weeks passed, no one showed up. We had to schedule another service two weeks later, a technician came out, RE-evaluated, and told us it would be another three weeks? We were supposed to have a phone call but no follow up. I finally called the automated phone number and said are parts are delayed and we need to reschedule. This company is incredibly difficult to get ahold of. There is no address, no contact phone number. We submitted multiple “contact request” forms and heard nothing. I have no idea where this place is even located (no address) but we are in Northern Colorado. We have wasted so much time trying to use this company and have requested to go with another. I’m not even sure there is a customer assistance team.
