Beware when they do come out minimum charge £59 + vat is a hidden call out charge called a diagnostic check this is if you don’t even go ahead with the work carried out. Then it is very over priced from then. It’s all money money money! I was a woman alone with two males saying I need to pay up for the diagnostic check. I felt so overwhelmed and uncomfortable. Was put onto the phone to the male manager who I felt pressured into paying when the the diagnostic check wasn’t even finished. I had to ask , please could you leave my house. I really don’t feel comfortable, I feel so pressured and overwhelmed. I stood my ground and handed no money over. A foot in my door was going to cost me a lot of money. Your bad reviews below mine, is a true reflection of a rip-off bad company. Your clever play on words diagnostic check needs addressing as it’s telling you a problem that cost x amount so does a free quote! Do not use this company!
