“I would advise caution regarding this company, as my experience was quite disappointing. After submitting a withdrawal request over a month ago, I was informed that it had been processed, only to discover later that it had not been completed. Fortunately, I was able to present my evidence to S P E C T R U M - C R E S T and they successfully facilitated the return of my full profit and refund within a few days.

Engineer came to fix satellite dish but convinced us to use the tv aerial instead via our old set top box. We cannot get a signal most of the time and when I contacted your company I was told the engineer would phone. He never did. I paid £200 to Aerial Force and now I have had to employ another company to put things right

Arranged for a visit twice. First time they rang late afternoon and said couldn't get to me, second time I rang them at 4pm (waited in all day) and they said they couldn't come. No apology other than a glib "sorry about that". This was for an elderly person whose tv is her lifeline. So disappointed

Don't use this company engineer came to give me a quote said this and that .then said something about freesat .so we had it never had such rubbish can't get demand never told me that .total cost £200 plus .but says on there will put a aerial up for £69 plus also the engineer woz not perlite

next day available is rubbish. it took 3 days to get an engineer. Kim said on the phone that the cost would be £69. The engineer quoted me in excess of £180. Avoid this company, they are cowboys.

I don’t recommend you this company I waited a whole day on a Saturday they assure me the person was comping i called 10x time to make sure, first 2pm, the. 3, the. 4 and at the end around 5pm said no one can come sorry. And the customers service and team will say lies all long to make you wait.

Read google reviews before booking this company. The engineer LAWRENCE said that the signal in this area is not good enough so he helped us to install the external aerial. However, it was told that accordng to the Housing Associations information we supposed not to install the external aerial. Therefore, we told this company and requested for de-intallation during the cooling period. They said that this is not their responsibilty so we need to pay £114 additionally for de-installation. Of course, I didn't pay them to remove it. Instead of, I paid for another aerial company to remove it and they have good knowledge that this aera should not install the external aerial. TV Aerial/Aerial Force/Speedy Aerials (they are a group of company) are not a honest and professional company so please AVOID!!!!

I was very pleased with the service from Aerialforce this week. I found the gentleman who installed my new salellite dish for Italian TV to be very efficient, able to give sound advice and generally personable and hard-working - a credit to the company. I would have no hesitation in recommending Aerialforce to other potential clients.

Had a note 65pounds no call out charges someone else came from a different company could not check on roof did a diagnostic check in my room changed a connector on cable returned box charged me106.80 plus vat I was done they saw me coming not being technical minded

DO not use this company DO not use this company . they knew we had a child in a electric wheelchair and we would be struggling for room once the tv arrived . . cancelled after promising to fit our tv on the wall we waited all day . . we explained we needed it up on the wall as arranged. The tv was delivered today and fitted with arial force the same day . They have put us in a situation of cant get the wheelchair in the house. i explained we do not have the room . they did not care . STAY WELL AWAY . Im disgusted. do not trust the fitters or this company we are in the rct area .stay well away

Cowboy engineers Two occasions two engineers failed to correctly isolate cables and instead disturbed roof tilling to hide their cable boxing which had caused my property a leak. Please do not use this company as they try to denie and flog you off with rubbish warranty jargon although the same engineers no longer works for their company! Money scammed twice!

I engaged their services with high hopes, primarily because they boasted a guarantee to rectify any issues with their work. However, what ensued when I had to use this guarantee was beyond disappointing. The job performed had issues. Consequently, I decided to reach out to Aerial Force to express my concerns and invoke their guarantee to fix the problem. Regrettably, my woes began the moment I picked up the phone to contact them. The individual (a women) on the other end, who I presume was a customer service representative, displayed an astonishingly rude and dismissive demeanour. Her response made me feel utterly insignificant, and I was left deeply hurt by her lack of empathy and professionalism. It's vital to emphasize that I expected my complaint to be taken seriously and handled with the respect I deserved as a paying customer. After all, they had made a commitment to guarantee their work, and I was simply requesting they fulfil their promise. The most disheartening part of this ordeal was the promised follow-up call from an engineer. This call, which was meant to address the issues with the job, never materialised. Despite my patience and numerous attempts to reach out, it was as though my concerns fell on deaf ears. This lack of follow-through on their part is not just disappointing but a glaring example of their disregard for customer satisfaction. I was initially drawn to Aerial Force due to their promise of quality and customer assurance, but my experience has left me deeply disillusioned. I would advise potential customers to exercise caution when considering their services, as their treatment of customers is not only unprofessional but also disheartening.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! They made the “impossible” possible, and made it stress free. For context… I have a 55 inch TV and I wanted it mounted to the wall in my living room. Sounds simple right? …but it wasn’t. I’ve had multiple family members and friends attempt to do the work themselves and failed. I had a local handy man come to my home who thought he could do it - he drilled into my wall and then deemed it “impossible” and he left the holes in the wall as a memory. So I didn’t think it could be done… I am so happy to say the job is complete, the TV is up and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service. Firstly, the lovely ladies I spoke to over the phone who booked and confirmed the assessment quickly (and were very friendly). But most of all with the lovely Steve (Stephen Venn) who did the work -. He is not only an expert, but very kind and down to earth and made the whole set up stress free. He not only went over my expectations in terms of set up and hiding wires he didn’t leave until I was 100% happy and satisfied with the job.

I'm sure this isn't necessarily true everywhere, as I'd imagine they are a franchise or similar, but the man who came to quote for some work was one of the worst tradesmen I've ever met. Arriving late, and with no agreed call beforehand as we were promised, he was curt, dismissive, interrupted repeatedly and threw together a quote in seconds off the top of his head. Not only was that quote over £400 more than the next most expensive we received, he helped himself to use of our family bathroom before I intervened and asked him to use the guest WC. They were incorrect about the type of walls we had, and therefore provided incorrect advice on the best method for mounting our TVs and I was grateful for the moment he and his friend (who was polite at least) left our house. I reported this feedback to the customer service team who have ignored it for 2 weeks, so they clear couldn't care less about their perception to customers. Perhaps this review will yield a response. Who knows, but we went with another provider anyway.

Wanted a quote to re site 2 TV’s & install a third one. I filled out the online form before I went to bed & had missed 5 called off them before 7.00 AM!! The engineer came the next day & I was quoted £530!!! When I said it was a really high price he called the “head office” then offered to do the job for £430 if I went ahead with the job on the same day. Told him it was still too high & didn’t want him to proceed. I then received a further call from head office saying if I quoted gf his name (Roy) I could get the job done for £350 I rang a local company who did all 3 jobs for £120 Ariel force are daylight robbers, don’t use them.
