“Consultation re: wi-fi issues was undertaken by Jamie. He gave a thorough explanation of the cause of the problem and options to solve it. Unfortunately, he couldn’t remedy it at the time as our system needs upgrading. An expensive hour, but impressed with his detailed knowledge and friendly, efficient manner. Consultation cost could be deducted from a future call-out to remedy the issue, which we are planning to go ahead with. Would recommend this service.”

“Overall good experience -slightly overpromised -initially expecting same day visit and then repromise was again broken (van breakdown etc) the engineer who eventually visited was efficient and dealt effectively and promptly with all the issues arising”

“Fantastic job , kept the appointment, turned up on time , very polite and professional, explained my options and the prices and talked me through all options. Job was done very quickly, all mess cleaned up and the guy who came to my place was so polite and friendly and I would welcome into my home any time . Very impressed, if I ever need anything doing in future , these guys would be my first choice without a doubt”
