Ripped off. Quoted me one price then charged a higher price when the work was done.
In a totally bizarre conversation, the engineer denied having twice agreed a small discount on the price he had originally quoted about an hour beforehand. Judging by the other 1 star reviews I am not the first person to have been scammed. Sadly I doubt I'll be the last.
