The advert stated no call out fees!! £69.00 + VAT, was charged just for the knock on the door. The engineer replaced two sky dish connectors, cost approx. £1.00 and it took him 10 minutes. The final bill came to £100.00, for 10 minutes work. I have to work a day and a half, hard graft, to earn this kind of money. Talk about Rip Off Britain.
