Filled in online form with full details of requirement to replace a small dipole aerial used for weather satellite reception - all hardware supplied by me and feeder cable in place already. Omnidirectional, so no testing required. They doubled their original quote when their engineer declared it was a ‘specialised’ job. What part of tightening two mast clamps required a specialist I don’t know! Smells like a rip off.
