John the engineer was brilliant, can’t fault him or the company. I submitted a request on Friday and someone rang me back within minutes and booked the job in for the very next day. The next day we received a phone call from our engineer apologising but he had been stuck at another job, he came first thing the next day and rang us to let us know he was 15 minutes away. He was polite did a great job and our dog loved him 🤩
