We've used aerial force twice before, so confident we'd get good service. This time needed sky dish moving due to scaffolding blocking signal. Bruce arrived same day, unfortunately it was dark by then so he couldn't complete job due to H&S restrictions, climbing on the roof. However he came back 0700 the next day and job was done quickly and professionally.
