Kevin came to my elderly mum around 5:30pm Saturday afternoon. I was with her on FaceTime. What a lovely pleasant, efficient chap. Nothing was too much trouble. He sorted out the problem and patiently explained how to operate the new remote. Couldn’t praise him highly enough. Brilliant service. Thank you.
