Awful customer service.
Booked in for an all day appointment. Didn’t turn up. Rebooked in for a morning slot the day after. Missed that slot. Called to state they’ll be here by 1. Called at 1.15 to then be told that they didn’t make any promised on times, which they did twice.
Made to feel like a lair. Outrageous.
