Surprisingly, customer service has, in my opinion, degraded over the past few years with attitudes bordering on 'rude' to 'just don't care' but this company was refreshingly 'all about you' or in my case me as a potential customer. From the point of contact, Aerialforce did what they set out to do, not just get the order but to treat me with respect and valued. The engineer, Paul, who came to give me a quote for what I needed was, again, in my opinion, nothing but outstanding! I was left with the 'job' done and the thought that it was a pity that there are not more companies out there with this level of customer service but sadly there isn't. Well done Aerialforce and a special thank you to Paul.
