I telephoned the company at 8.15 am and someone was with me by 10am. Very good service. The chap was very friendly, showed me the different signal qualities and where the problem was. It did cost more than I expected but he replaced the booster and put a tv on the wall with the correct bracket as mine was wrong so job done .
