Too many calls wanting to make appointments, then make them earlier, then keep the original time, then to advise that engineer is an hour away....we were moving into our new home and I didn’t have the time for so much hassle. We had an appointment, stick to it and turn up on time!
Engineer finally arrived and assessed what was required. Job was completed the easy way and we have a TV signal.
