First contact made via e-mail late Thursday night then they rang me the next morning (Friday). Appointment booked for Saturday. I received a phone call on Saturday morning checking I still required an visit and an hour later an engineer arrived. He very quickly worked out what was wrong, quoted and carried out the necessary work. All in all I am happy to recommend and would not hesitate to use them again.
