Having booked an engineer thru this company at 11am, and being assured an engineer would attend my site in the afternooon, I was extremely irritated when I got a call at 5pm advising that they were unable to attend on the same day. Really, really hacked off - as were the tenants of my apartments who I had promised would have their freeview back!
Luckily managed to get a local guy to come out at short notice and do the repair - at a cheaper rate!
Lesson learned - always look local first.
