I rang on Friday as my tv was not tuned and was not sure as to whether the same cable would work - within an hour after my call the engineer Darren Gearey came and he resolved the problem so efficiently and he was very professional and polite
The customer over the phone was brilliant and I will use the service again and will recommend to others and friends
