We’ve had two other ‘so called experts’ out before and nothing has worked. The signal went blank in the middle of a film and I lost the first 11 channels AGAIN! At 1am I booked an engineer online. Dominic was with us 12 hours later and very quickly diagnosed a very easily rectifiable problem. He definitely knew his stuff. I’m so happy that a long suffered problem has gone and didn’t cost £100’s to fix. Thank you.
