We emailed late yesterday 23/12, received a call back straightaway and a booking slot for today, Christmas Eve. We were called half an hour before John arrived. He immediately diagnosed the problem that two previous companies in the last 2 weeks had not been able to fix. Within an hour, a new aerial had been fitted, the tv's retuned and job done. Fantastic service and experience - not cheap but money very well spent.
