I couldn’t fault Andy the tv engineer who had a lovely smile and was very friendly.I filled in the form on the website and got a call within minutes and was told the price etc so I booked it for Tuesday 11th the following day and had a call to say that Andy would be arriving in 10/15 minutes The customer service is second to none and I was very pleased with my new aerial as the storm blew it off my chimney Andy was very efficient and had to cope with the terrible wind as well.
