Called up this Saturday afternoon hoping that an engineer might be available tomorrow. Fortunately, I was told that an engineer could come this afternoon. Less than an hour later, an engineer called to say that he would be around in 45minutes. After 40 minutes the engineer called again to apologise that he would be 10 minutes late BUT he did turn up on time and he solved my aerial problem very quickly. Neat and tidy and he could not have been nicer. Great company and I recommend them very highly. Fantastic service!!
