In a time when we are on CV lockdown, we found ourselves with no TV reception. Spoke to Jade on the phone and she was very helpful and got an engineer out to us within 2 hrs. Colin was exceptionally professional and adhered to all the isolation requirements and was able to replace the old aerial and set the TV up for us. We really appreciate the care and respect Colin took in our home in order to keep us safe as we are both at risk . Many thanks for that and the very professional job that was done.
