Fantastic! Called up because we lost a load of channels and couldn't get freesat working again. The engineer was booked and was at our home within the hour. Within half an hour he had diagnosed the problem, fitted a new HD dish as our current one was about 12 years old and turned the signal for a sharp HD image in all channels. Really pleased with the quick service, friendly advice and solid support. Highly recommended!
