Sadly, I didn't catch the gentleman's name who visit my property to assess our aerial. However, I must say he was very friendly and professional. He kept me informed with every step he was taking and explained what we needed. In addition to this, I want to add I was very impressed with the general service from the beginning when calling to arrange a visit. When I called I was told they could get someone to me on the say day which well exceeded my expectations. Slightly later after the call, I was called by the office to advise that sadly the technician was stuck at another job so wouldn't be able to get to me but could come the next day. I want to add I wasn't expecting anyone for at least a week as this is what I'm normally used to when arranging these kinds of visits. So although the visit was delayed by a day, I was very impressed with the turnaround and the office members called me regularly to keep me updated as to when and what time the technician would be with me. Overall, I'm very impressed!
