All I can say is I got what I was expecting & MORE. The man was great with advice, done the job of fitting the new aerial quickly, with no fuss. We were still having trouble with our 2 tv's, He checked all the cables, fitted a new supply link from the aerial to the splitter box checked & tested both tv's. Brilliant. The phone call from the office to check we were at home & let us know what time he would be here made it all that much easier for us to be ready in regard to covid 19.
