Excellent friendly lady on the phone who quickly understood my ramblings about a subject I know very little about! arranged an engineer to call out. Less than two hours later... all fixed! The guy that came out was friendly and very knowledgeable, sorted out more than we asked for. Highly recommended, I would not hesitate to use them again. Many thanks for a fantastic service.
