I phoned because the remote control for my PVR had stopped working and the replacement remote hadn’t helped. I couldn’t get any sense out of the online assistant but the lady I spoke to on the phone was wonderful. She checked and advised me to turn off the PVR at the wall, then turned it on again. Magic! It’s working and she solved my problem without booking me in and charging me for a visit.
