I had the stupid issue of new TV but didn’t have the right bolts to fit the arms my existing wall mount to the TV and none supplied with the TV.
Quick ring, less than an hour later there’s a chap at my door. Half hour later and TV is up on the wall. And, for what it’s worth you could see the attention to detail from the how he put the bolts in.
Nice guy, engaged with me and my kid. Company are smart enough to quote on the work too and not just a set price list.
Quick, friendly, well done. I mean, what more can you ask for?
