Failed to show for appointment 9-6 e mailed them at 3 with appointment 9-6 not helpful
Chatted to Sophie on chat at 5:20 then got a call at 5:40 very rude saying engineer would have called by 4 pm if there was an issue and that he was confirmed I explained that it will be after 6 if there is a 30 min call and she over spoke and was very RUDE
It’s now after 6 so BEWARE they lie and waste your time
