Very disapointed with the level of service l recived ,£58 to be told by a engineer to retune my Tv ..l agree they had to come out but £58 is rather steep ....the engineer was rude and very crytical about our caravanbeen small.
Contacted complaints all l get is the engineer did what he was paid to do...
Im persuing the company for a small refund but there arguing and not accepting any fault.
Very sorry to have to post this negative reviw.
