The technician arrived promptly, only 2 hours after I contacted the company. He was very thorough, testing all the various cables and aerials in my new home before giving me his diagnostic views of the issue. He explained the different options and the cost of each to solve the problem. The fee was very reasonable. It was excellent service, and I will definitely use the company again if needed.
