Went to online chat Sat morning. Rec’d a callback within the hour. Said they’d try to get engineer out to us same day (up to 6pm) but rang me back about 4pm to say sorry - job engineer is on will take until 8pm, so it wd be the following day. Engineer arrived early afternoon on a Sun and replaced our damaged aerial with a better, up-to-date product. Polite, friendly and efficient- I couldn’t fault any aspect of our experience.
