Aerial Solutions supplied and fitted a new tv and aerial. The tv didn't work properly but the fitter said it wasn't his problem, it was because the signal was weak and could be fixed with a special aerial. He couldn't explain why he hadn't fitted this in the first place. I got a recommendation for another company and it's fitters diagnosed that Aerial Solutions had installed the aerial in the wrong place. They moved the aerial and I now have perfect reception.
