“Aerial Solutions supplied and fitted a new tv and aerial. The tv didn't work properly but the fitter said it wasn't his problem, it was because the signal was weak and could be fixed with a special aerial. He couldn't explain why he hadn't fitted this in the first place. I got a recommendation for another company and it's fitters diagnosed that Aerial Solutions had installed the aerial in the wrong place. They moved the aerial and I now have perfect reception.”
“My Mum had a new aerial installed, the workmanship was poor and the manner and attitude was very rude and unprofessional. They had to be called back as they had not tuned the TV in correctly and even now after they eventually turned up the TV is still not tuned in properly.
Would not recommended this company to anyone, stay well clear.”
