They make great equipment but I don’t recommend purchasing from them directly. Customer service? What customer service? I don’t think they’re familiar with the concept. When you sell contraptions that exceed 50K PSI pressures, you want a manufacturer that’s willing to communicate. The ticket system is a cruel joke, and when you call to enquire why your parts haven’t shipped after a month (their site very clearly said orders ship in 3-5 days), they act annoyed. I was going to build a Solus next but they won’t see a lot of $ from me anytime soon.
