This company is commiting fraud. I spoke with my attorney about this transaction

By the looks of this a class action lawsuit is totally warranted and needs to happen.
They took my money for an in stock item that stated will ship in 5 days. That was over a month ago. Can’t get them on the phone for a refund.
I am currently discussing with my attorney for a lawsuit. Only thing people like this understand.
