No one to talk to. Eternal hold times. Cant do the online chat cause u get kicked out of the que b4 you ever get anyone. I ordered Nov27th and its Jan 16th and they still havent shipped the lower. I actually reached someone after 90 mnts on hold back when i was ordering about their discount code. The person was completely indifferent and unhelpful. I should have relized then they were garbage and went a different way then. They are trash. Cant say how the product is cause i cant get it
