Finally got someone on the phone after 4hours literally on hold was about to hang up had my phone on the charger so it didnt die and got an update on my orders from the poor girl that has to deal with there lack of customer service she told me they were trying to get some more personal hired and had a bunch of other issues going on there I really didn’t expect to get anyone on the phone they told me in the next month for one order and a couple weeks for the other I really hope thats the case I always had high respect for aero but its a shame to see what has happened to this company so if you have 4 hours to wait on hold wich i didnt but wanted some kind of timeline hopefully you can get some kind of answer on your orders
