Terrible customer service! First they tell you they have expedited shipping but then tell you that you are not going to get your product in any efficient time frame. So then you try to cancel. Oye! Good luck with that! Emails went without a response and no one picks up the phone. Joining the chat is good idea but plan to wait "on hold" for up to 3.5 hours, get booted from the chat at least once only to rejoin back at queue position 7, and continue to wait to have someone answer your question. Good grief!
