We bought a floor light for reading and the product is good, however, when it arrived the bulb was broken. I emailed affordable lighting and there was a quick response to the email saying that they would send us a replacement bulb. Unfortunately, that has not arrived so I went to my local electrical shop to buy one so that we could use the lamp.
I am a little disappointed that they couldn't have dispatched the replacement first class, unless it is the postal service that is at fault.
