Rubbish. My bag on wheels fell apart 1st time. A foot rest broken and a top I bought came away at the seams the first time I worn it. Tried to make payments on line. Not working so have to phone. On the phone after entering card details it said payment been declined. Tried to put me through to customer services. That failed. When I checked my Bank. The payment had been accepted.
