We haven't gone on our tour yet but if it is any indication the way the professionalism, enthusiasm, information and love of the continent shown by Bernelle. We've in our 60's so it's great to actually put a face to a AOL travel consultant. She has been holding our hands even though they get sweaty at times. Looking forward to September.
