From first contact her efficiency, thinking ahead, anticipation of options relating to literature, accomodation, diet, visa support (when my applications didn’t quite work) was more than helpful. I’ve never experienced the level of detail Celia attends to, I’m grateful, I tell everyone about that awesome woman who lives the African continent.
