We recently booked 2 tours with AOT - a JNB to Capetown - few days in Cape Town, then onwards from Cape to Vic Falls. We have travelled with Nomad in the past so initially approached them directly with questions, however, in the interim, had also contacted AOT and Reshma Deva reached back across the divide between Africa and Australia - almost instantly. She has answered all our questions, guided us the whole way through the booking process and even (above and beyond) - pointed out a tour option, that we didn’t even realise was an option, which will make the whole trip just so much better. I’m not entirely sure when she sleeps - but we are so happy to have made her aquaintance. If the tours are even remotely as good as the booking experience we have had with Reshma and AOT - then we will be over the moon. Hard to believe it will be this time next year before we are on the first tour.
