Chemone was a dream to work with. She all but held our hands through it all. Due to unexpected last minute illness, my husband and I had to cancel the trip but our friends went anyway. She make all the necessary changes, got us and unexpected partial refund and helped with the claim for trip insurance. Our friend came home with the dream trip of a lifetime experience. The whole experience for us began and ended with the professional help of this lovely lady. If we do get to go again I will work with no one else!!
