You will not find a place in Melbourne with better customer service than this business. From the time my 13y.o. Son and I walked in the doors we were made to feel extremely welcome. For 2 people relatively new to the world of gaming PC's, everything was explained to us in detail with multiple different options offered or suggested. My son was extremely happy with the end result. Updates of the build and its progress were sent to my email, which was very much appreciated especially with an excited young fella wanting to know when we could go pick it up.
