“A few bottlenecks with the ordering, do ot have the latest parts and preferred manufacturers, also shipped the PC with the incorrect RAM, but I'm happy with the performance of the PC and the customer service from Deepak to rectify the issues and for accommodating my unique needs.”

“You will not find a place in Melbourne with better customer service than this business. From the time my 13y.o. Son and I walked in the doors we were made to feel extremely welcome. For 2 people relatively new to the world of gaming PC's, everything was explained to us in detail with multiple different options offered or suggested. My son was extremely happy with the end result. Updates of the build and its progress were sent to my email, which was very much appreciated especially with an excited young fella wanting to know when we could go pick it up.”

“Very responsive customer service and excellent pc build. There was a delay on our order due ro parts on back order - it would have been nice to have been advised of parts back order so we didn’t have to chase for updates. Overall, very happy with our purchase.”

“4.99999 stars. Build quality of the machine was neat and flawless and it arrived on time. Would definitely get future rigs from them. I also had a minor setup issue to troubleshoot, and the articles on the website were very helpful, saving an unneccessary call. My only minor issue is that with a 15-20 day delivery time, you're not given much by way of updates, and then when they eventually start, about 3 weeks after ordering, you get all the updates on a single day. Perhaps an ETA date on the order tracker would be better, so you know when to start looking. All we get is a weekly e-mail saying you've prgressed on the queue. Patience runs very thin when you're excited about a new rig.”

“My second purchase here. My first desktop is amazing. Everything I dreamed of! Took about 2 weeks to arrive, packaged well not a single thing wrong. Absolutely love it and their customer service was wonderful too; needed tech help with my previous laptop which they helped with and even assisted me getting a rig in my budget! Thank you!!”

“Absolutely love the pc and arrived in fairly decent time, staff were very helpful and knowledgeable only one problem was that the courier did not update me about the package being dispatched but I understand that it was an automation error.”
